Yingluck Reported to Have 541 Million Baht In Wealths
Yingluck Shinawatra was found to possess 541 million baht in assets, not including those owned by her spouse and son.
According to the National Anti-Corruption Commission, the woman prime minister was reported to possess personal wealths including:
- 381 million baht in deposit at banks - 162 million baht in houses and buildings - 110 million baht in loans - 81 million baht in invested capital - 65 million baht in land - 46 million baht in other assets - 18.6 million baht in vehicles - 13.9 million baht in cash
Meanwhile, Yingluck’s spouse Anusorn Amornchat was reported to have 76.7 million baht in assets and 369.6 million baht in liabilities.
Yingluck’s son Supasek Amornchat was reported to have 4.3 million baht in assets.
Science & Technology Minister Plodprasop Surasawadi reportedly is the richest member of cabinet with 963 million baht in assets. The woman leader is the second richest with 541 million baht in assets.
Deputy Transport Minister Kittisak Hattasongkroah reportedly is ‘’the poorest’’ with 3.9 million baht in assets.
All members of the Yingluck cabinet were reported to have more assets than liabilities, however.
